5500 Forms Package If you subscribe to the 5500/PBGC Forms Package, you will also be entitled to access/use all the forms beginning on the date you enroll. You may purchase future versions at the time they become available. Pricing is for each block of 250 plans. For instance, if you prepare 5500s for 400 plans, the price would be $1050. Each block of 250 plans permits up to 1000 participants to be entered/uploaded to Schedule SSA. Additional Schedule SSA participants are permitted by contacting support@ftwilliam.com.	$525/yr.
55Express Package (two plans maximum) If you subscribe to the 55Express Package, you will be entitled to access/use all of the forms beginning on the date you enroll. You may purchase future versions at the time they become available. You will be limited to preparing 5500s for two plans and will not have the ability to upload and/or download any schedules.	$125/yr.
Defined Contribution Administration Software Annual Pricing: If you subscribe to the defined contribution administration software you will have access to all the software features for annual testing, recording keeping and producing reports for your clients. Pricing is for number of plans based on the following schedule.     Up to 50 plans: $1,500/year     Over 50 plans and up to 150 plans: $3,000/year     Over 150 plans and up to 250 plans: $4,500/year     Over 250 plans and up to 350 plans: $6,000/year     Over 350 plans and up to 500 plans: $7,500/year     Over 500 plans and up to 1,000 plans: $11,250/year     Over 1,000 plans and up to 1,500 plans: $15,000/year
1099 Forms Package ** If you subscribe to the 1099 Forms Package, you will be entitled to access/use all the forms beginning on the date you enroll. You may purchase future versions at the time they become available.	$300/yr.
IRS Forms Package ** If you subscribe to the IRS Forms Package, you will be entitled to access/use these forms for a one-year period beginning on the date you enroll.	$445/yr.
* The "per plan" option is not available for the IRS, 5500/PBGC Forms or 55Express package. The per adoption agreement/volume submitter document fee is imposed each time an adoption agreement/plan document is generated or re-run. If you generate a large number of documents each year, you may also choose an annual subscription (Retirement Plans - $2,500 per year/Welfare Plans - $1050 per year) with no per document fee. There is no additional cost for generation of supporting materials.
**The annual subscription is separate from the per plan pricing. There is no per plan price when you sign up for the annual subscription. An annual document subscription will include up to 500 plans. Each additional block of plans (after 1,000 plans) is $500 per additional block of 500 retirement plans and $250 per additional block of 500 nonqualified or welfare plans (ex: for a customer with 650 plans, we charge $5,000).
